Bathroom Renovations in Oakville & Burlington

One complete price for a bathroom done right — then upgrade the whole room or just the pieces you want. Design and build under one roof, with no hidden costs.

The short answer

A complete 707 Standard bathroom in Oakville or Burlington starts at $16,000–$22,000+ — a fully finished, future-proof renovation, not a stripped-down base price. Upgrade the entire room to the Designer package for a flat +$7,700, or add only the pieces you want à la carte and pay just the difference. Most projects finish in 10–20 days.

01How our pricing works

Most renovation quotes start low and climb as “extras” get added. We do the opposite. Your 707 Standard price is a complete, high-quality bathroom with nothing important left out — proper waterproofing, name-brand fixtures, full demolition and rebuild. From there you have two clear ways to upgrade, and you always see the exact total before any work begins.

707 Standard
$16K–$22K+

A complete, future-proof bathroom. Full waterproofing system, large-format tile, name-brand fixtures with lifetime warranties, new plumbing rough-in, drywall, paint, lighting, and a professional clean and walkthrough. This is the floor, not a bare minimum.

707 Designer — upgrade the whole room
+$7,700

One flat add-on to your Standard price that upgrades the entire bathroom: mitred tile edges, fully tiled niche, curb and bench, envelope tile design, curbless/zero-threshold option, heated flooring, a designer hardware tier (Riobel, Brizo, Aquabrass), a designer toilet (TOTO, Duravit, Kohler), and a black glass shower enclosure.

À la carte — pay only the difference
Per item

Don’t want to upgrade the whole room? Pick individual upgrades from the same Designer menu — heated floors, a tiled slab wall, a smart toilet, premium fixtures — and pay only the cost difference from your Standard allowance, not the full price. Every upgrade is a clear line item you approve before we start.

Final pricing depends on the size of the bathroom, whether the layout or plumbing moves, and your selections. A free in-person assessment gets you a real number for your space.

02What’s in every 707 Standard bathroom

“Do it right or not at all” isn’t a slogan here — it’s why the base package already includes the things cheaper renos cut. Every Standard bathroom is built with:

  • WaterproofingA complete Prova shower waterproofing system with an industry-leading membrane and zero leak risk, installed by certified licensed trades. This is the step that fails first when it’s skipped.
  • Tile & finishLarge-format tile, metal edge trim throughout, a recessed niche, and your choice of linear drain — finished cleanly and professionally.
  • Shower hardwareName-brand systems from Moen, Kohler, Riobel Pro, and Brizo — a full bar with rain head and hand shower, lifetime warranty, installed by a licensed plumber.
  • Vanity & faucetA complete vanity unit, floating or floor-mounted, with a faucet from Moen, Kohler, or Riobel Pro matched to your hardware finish.
  • ToiletA high-efficiency toilet from American Standard, TOTO, Kohler, or Duravit — supplied, installed, and connected, with lifetime warranty options.
  • Structural & finishComplete demo and debris removal, new drywall and insulation where needed, Level 3 drywall finish, paint, baseboard and trim, mirrors and lighting.
  • Project managementA dedicated project manager, real-time updates, licensed trades throughout, and a 3-year workmanship warranty.

03Design and build under one roof

Most bathroom projects go sideways at the handoff — between a designer and a contractor, or between trades who’ve never worked together. With 707 Reno there is no handoff. The same team that designs your bathroom builds it, so the plan accounts for what’s actually behind the walls, the finishes are ordered right the first time, and one person is accountable for the result. We provide physical samples for most finishes, so you’re choosing tile and fixtures in your hands, not guessing from a screen.

04How the process works

  1. Free assessment & quote

We visit, measure, and prepare your base quote for a complete Standard bathroom — a real number, not a teaser price.

  2. Design your bathroom

Work with our design team to visualize the finished room. We bring samples for most finishes, and once selections are locked, the price is locked.

  3. Build

Demolition, rough-ins, waterproofing, tile, and finishes — typically 10–20 days, handled by one team with a dedicated project manager and real-time updates.

  4. Walkthrough

A professional clean and a final walkthrough together, backed by our 3-year workmanship warranty.

05Frequently asked questions

How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Oakville or Burlington?
A complete 707 Standard bathroom starts at $16,000–$22,000+. You can upgrade the entire room to the Designer package for a flat +$7,700, or add individual upgrades à la carte and pay only the cost difference. Final price depends on the size of the bathroom, whether plumbing or layout changes, and your selections.
What does the Standard price actually include?
A full, finished bathroom: complete Prova waterproofing, large-format tile, name-brand fixtures (Moen, Kohler, Riobel, Brizo) with lifetime warranties, a complete vanity and toilet, new plumbing rough-in, drywall and paint, lighting, a dedicated project manager, and a professional clean. It’s a complete renovation, not a stripped base price.
What’s the difference between Standard and Designer?
The Designer package is a flat +$7,700 that upgrades the whole bathroom: mitred tile edges, a fully tiled niche, curb and bench, heated flooring, a designer hardware and toilet tier (Riobel, Brizo, TOTO, Duravit), and a black glass shower enclosure. If you only want some of those upgrades, you can pick them à la carte and pay just the difference.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most bathroom renovations take 10 to 20 days from start to finish, depending on the size of the bathroom and the scope of the work.
Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes. 707 Reno is a design-and-build contractor, so the same team designs your bathroom and builds it. There’s no handoff between a separate designer and contractor, which means fewer surprises and one point of accountability.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Every 707 Reno bathroom is backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty, with licensed trades throughout and lifetime manufacturer warranties on most fixtures.
